Thai Temple is situated on a low hill in Trai Loc hamlet, An Sinh Commune, about 3km away from An Sinh Temple. This is a very important relic which confirmed that Dong Trieu is the native hometown of the Tran Dynasty.

On the land allocated in An Sinh by the Tran dynasty, An Sinh Vuong Tran Lieu built Thai Temple for worshiping the ancestors and Tran Thua Emperor. When the Tran Kings chose An Sinh as the place for building tombs, all the ancestor tablets of the Tran Kings were also worshiped here. Over time, the structure of the Thai temple which was constructed under the Tran had been totally destroyed. By late 19th century, early 20th century, on the former location of Thai Temple, a communal house was built, called Duoc Trai Communal House. Still, in the minds of local people, this is the location of Thai temple so people often call it as the Thai Temple area.
