An Sinh Temple Festival is held in An Sinh temple, An Sinh Commune. The festival takes place in three days, from August 20th to 22nd every year on lunar calendar. The festival consists of two parts: Incense offering ceremony to the Tran King at the temple and at tombs of the Tran King, the offering of people in communes surrounding the temple area; Festival part including of performance of cultural and art items accompanied by the traditional games such as tug, Chinese chess, push sticks, banging pots, etc.

Each year, thousands of visitors attend the festival and visit the temple scene.
